We received word back today from the East Shore Design Committee regarding the five homes we will be building in the Mid-Lake neighborhood. We passed our design review with the first submittal. Amazing! Attention to detail pays off. So, we are on track for an end of May ground breaking. Marketing is expected to begin at that time.
