Hann Builders furnishes a comprehensive warranty with every new custom home through Aces Builders Warranty. Beginning from the date of occupancy, each home will have a one year workmanship and materials warranty with the exception of cosmetic items. Major mechanical systems warranties are extended through the 2nd year for plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Latent defects on the structural components (foundation and framing) are covered for ten (10) years.The Aces Builders Warranty is transferable to successive owners with proper documentation.
