After you have chosen us as your personal custom home design team we will set up a timeline as to when you would like to be moved into your new home. Once we have that timeline established we will mark out goals into the timeline as to when we would like to have certain steps accomplished. A lot of this is work done on our end that you do not need to worry about, but will be aware of as it is happening. These steps include bids, permits, ground markings, etc. In conjunction with all of this, you will be working with another part of our team meticulously choosing each aspect of your home. From the type of roof to the baseboards, light switches, countertops, awnings, lawn design – you dream it we design it. Each area will be covered so that you will be completely satisfied with your decisions.

At this point in our meeting, we might have the basic idea for the outside look written out in words or possibly a rough sketch, now our amazing team will take those drawings and notes to transform them into a real drawn out form.
